If you are traveling whether for business or pleasure, be sure to take important telephone numbers that you might need in an emergency with you. For your convenience, here is a list of UC-affiliated plans and companies. If you travel outside the U.S. where the toll-free numbers aren’t usable, we have also listed their local telephone number along with any special instructions that may apply.

 

 

Wherever you travel worldwide, you should always count on your INSURANCE COMPANY Travel Service™ for any insurance-related need. Call them 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and they'll connect you with a representative who speaks your language, and can help with:

  • Emergency doctor or hospital referrals
  • Emergency medical claims
  • Access account-policy information
  • Access to any applicable insurance benefits

 

All of the INSURANCE COMPANY numbers listed below will accept collect calls from you while traveling anywhere in Mexico by making the call through this Toll Free Number (this is a toll free number which does not even require a card to be inserted into the pay phone):

Simply call the Toll Free Number above, and push "0" for a live operator, and ask the operator to place your call collect to any of the numbers listed below, and the operator will place that call for free by reversing the charges so that the INSURANCE COMPANY pays for the entire length of your call no matter how long you may need to talk with them. This can save you a lot of money on your international calling needs, and especially in times of emergency.

And remember, any of our representatives can transfer your call --- even to an individual agent offices that you may personally deal with. So, after you are connected, ask the representative for any department that you wish to reach instead of hanging up and dialing multiple numbers. This should save you time and hassles.
